Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano

Optional Sauce / Finish

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • Pound chicken to even thickness.
  • Pat dry, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Preheat the Blackstone

  • Heat to medium-high (around 400°F / 205°C).
  • Oil the surface lightly with olive oil.

Cook the Chicken

  • Place chicken breasts on the hot griddle.
  • Cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).

Add Butter & Lemon (Optional)

  • Add a pat of butter and a squeeze of lemon over the chicken for flavor.

Rest & Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Slice or serve whole.
