For Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 –3 lbs chicken bones carcass, wings, feet, or leftover roasted chicken bones
- 1 large onion quartered
- 2 carrots chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 4 –5 garlic cloves smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- Fresh herbs thyme or parsley, optional
- 12 cups water
- Salt to taste
