For the Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 –3 tbsp oil for pan-frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 –2 tsp sriracha optional
- 1 tsp honey optional
- 1 tsp lime juice optional

- Sesame seeds

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken in cornstarch until lightly coated.

Cook until golden, crisp, and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
