For the Chicken:
- 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Ginger Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 –3 tablespoons fresh ginger grated
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water slurry
To Serve:
- Sliced green onions
- Cilantro
- Steamed rice or noodles
Make the Ginger Sauce
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, and chicken broth.
