- ½ medium head green cabbage chopped
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium carrot shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp chili flakes optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green onions or parsley for garnish
Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain if needed.
