For the Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts cut into cutlets or pounded evenly
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes drained & chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
For the Pasta
- 12 oz fettuccine penne, or your favorite pasta
Season & Sear the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté 30 seconds.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer until slightly thick.
Combine With Pasta
Add cooked pasta directly into the sauce, tossing to coat.
Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
