Ingredients

  • 4 –6 red chili peppers
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Marinade: Combine chili, garlic, lemon, and seasonings in a blender until smooth.

  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, or
  • Pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side, basting with extra marinade.
