Ingredients
  

Seafood Boil Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt add more to taste

Instructions
 

. Mix the Seasonings

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until fully combined.

Taste & Adjust

  • Add more cayenne for heat, paprika for color, or salt for extra seasoning power.

Store

  • Transfer to an airtight jar.
  • Store for up to 6 months in a cool, dark place.

How to Use It

  • Seafood boil: 3–5 tablespoons per gallon of water
  • Butter sauce: 1–2 teaspoons per stick of melted butter
  • Shrimp seasoning: 1 tablespoon per pound
  • Corn & potatoes: Toss with oil + 1–2 teaspoons seasoning

Notes

  • Add 1 teaspoon sugar for a more “Old Bay–style” flavor.
  • Add lemon pepper for freshness and brightness.
  • Reduce cayenne for a mild version.
  • Great on fries, chicken, vegetables, and popcorn too.
