Seafood Boil Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper adjust for spice level
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt add more to taste
How to Use It
Seafood boil: 3–5 tablespoons per gallon of water
Butter sauce: 1–2 teaspoons per stick of melted butter
Shrimp seasoning: 1 tablespoon per pound
Corn & potatoes: Toss with oil + 1–2 teaspoons seasoning

Add 1 teaspoon sugar for a more “Old Bay–style” flavor.

Add lemon pepper for freshness and brightness.
