Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika optional but recommended
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp sea salt optional or adjust to preference

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients:

  • Add all spices and herbs to a small bowl or jar.

Mix Well:

  • Stir or shake until fully combined and evenly mixed.

Store:

  • Transfer to an airtight spice jar or container.

Use:

  • Sprinkle on shrimp, crab legs, mussels, fish fillets, seafood boil, roasted veggies, or grilled meats.

Notes

  • Salt control: Add salt separately when cooking if you prefer low-sodium blends.
  • More heat: Increase cayenne or add crushed red pepper.
  • More citrus flavor: Add dried lemon zest or extra lemon pepper.
  • Shelf life: Lasts up to 6 months in an airtight container.
